CONSULT BMC does not charge a real estate commission fee as we do not provide real estate services.
As a Real Estate Management Consultancy, we charge the following :
8% + VAT of the agreed-upon sale price after the purchase, at the time of the transaction.
0% + VAT for pre-agreed upon sale price with exclusive authorization, after a successful purchase, at the time of the transaction.
Additional fees apply to:
- Our Legal and Technical advisor services for the completion of the purchase transaction
- Accounting fees
- Insurance coverage during transference of property ownership
- Land registration with competent land registry

Our services aim to assist clients efficiently sell their property, covering all sales needs from start to finish, both legally and technically. We collaborate with independent contractors who prepare your property exchange. Our legal support ensures zero obligation associated with your real estate.

We help our clients prepare their property for immediate sale. After settling outstanding legal obligations, we move to the next phase - property presentation.
A Professional Property Presentation must include:
- Accurate land survey and site plan
- 360° photographs
- 3D Virtual Tours
- Video
- Panoramic photographs of the surrounding area for a better understanding of the overall setting
- The exact location of the property as recorded on online maps along with an accurate and clear description
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - required under the provision of the current legislation
Legal Representation of Real Estate: Open House with additional fee starting from EUR 150.
We are committed to selling properties in the best way possible, handling property promotions by proactively contacting our network of potential buyers in Greece and abroad. Our promotion portal grants access to our database of respected buyers all over the world. Your property will also be listed on major marketplaces and distributed to partner offices.

CONSULT BMC is compensated through its complete service packages. We charge a lump sum price for standardized services. Extra fees may apply to any additional services that are required.
Preparation of Legal Documents
During the first visit, we provide you with 3 checks:

Depending on each property, clients are required to upload all legal documents on their online presentation space. The property must be prepared and ready for sale, without any pending obligations.
Our lawyers and engineers are always available to assist clients with any outstanding issues and legal matters to help sell their property hassle-free.
We offer additional services, provided by our trusted partners, which include interior decoration tips, renovations, maintenance, and home improvements.

Our support services aim to help clients successfully sell their property effortlessly. There are 2 stages involved:
- Evaluation. This stage requires a compilation of all the legal documents associated with your property to ensure legalization and readiness for sale.
- Helping clients with procedures involving the collection of surveys, legal documents, photographs and or 3D Virtual Tour data, and property location as recorded on online maps.
PROPOSAL A
Legal, Technical, and Final inspection prior to document submission.
Completion of the presentation with an accurate land survey and site plan, photographs, 360° photographs, 3D Virtual Tour, Video, property location recorded on online maps, and whatever else submitted to us.
PROPOSAL B
Legal, Technical, and Final inspection prior to document submission.
We compile all the legal documents associated with your property to safeguard readiness for sale and securely submit them. In the next stage, our clients have a choice to proceed with the following services:
- Legal inspections and cadastral survey
- Technical inspections, prints of design drafts, accurate descriptions, and presentations
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Panoramic and 360° photographs, as well as videos of interior and exterior spaces.
