Corporations also have the option to opt for a consolidation agreement with 60% of their creditors. This procedure is completed electronically, and once ratified by the Court, will protect Corporations against bankruptcy, asset forfeiture, and auction.

Bankruptcy - Debt Discharge: 

Natural persons and/or Corporations who cannot pay off their debt or come to an out-of-court debt settlement may be relieved of their debt and return to the production process at the request of the debtor or creditors through a process of collective satisfaction of the creditors.
