Electronic Permit Issuance System
The issuance of building permits is carried out through the Electronic Permit Issuance System (e-Adeies), which is managed by the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). The system evaluates and checks applications based on the relevant studies submitted by private individuals or teams of Engineers, ensuring compatibility with the current legislative provisions.

After the payment of the state fee and any applicable fines, a certificate of regularization is issued for property transfers or an Energy Performance Certificate is obtained.
